COMPETITION AND ENTRY DETAILS

1. METHOD OF ENTRY:
Recorded promotional spots and live announcements will encourage listeners to take part in the MixxFM/TRFM/CoastFM Music Lab at station websites. Every entrant who fully completes the survey and provides a contact email address is eligible to win the major prize.

2. PRIZES:
Major Prize:
1 x $1000 cash prize.

3. SCHEDULE
1.0 The promoter is  Ace Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd
1.1 Pre-promotion: N/A
1.2 Active Contesting: Monday January 9th 2012 to Friday February 17th 2012.
1.3 Minimum Age: All entrants must be 14 years of age or above.
1.4 Limitation of Entry: As per point 3 in conditions of entry.
1.5 Winner selection date and time: Winner will be selected on Friday February 17th 2012.
1.6 Winner selection announcement details: All winners will informed by email.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. THE PROMOTER
This competition is promoted by Ace Radio Broadcasters, owner of the radio station/s listed above.

2. PROMOTION DATES:
This competition commences on the date specified in Schedule 1.2 and ends on the date as specified in Schedule 1.22

3. WHO MAY ENTER:
Entry is open to Australian residents only, 14 years of age or above who must provide photographic id when collecting their prize. The Promoter may refuse entry as it deems necessary in its absolute discretion, and if sufficient ID is not provided,

The following persons are  not eligible to enter and be awarded prizes:
(i) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any companies or agencies involved and/or associated with this competition; or

(ii) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household); or

iii) entrants who have won a prize/prizes valued either individually or collectively at more than $100 from the Promoter, or in any contest run by the Promoter, in the prior 30 days; or

iv) entrants who are discovered to have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any contest run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name.

v) entrants under the age of 14.

All entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Conditions of Entry even if the Promoter only learns of a person's ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded the prize to the ineligible person. Return of the prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter can be required by the Promoter if this occurs.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The winner will be judged based on the registration and completion of the Ace Radio online surveys and will be selected as listed in Section 3 (Schedule) 1.2 and 1.5.

4. PRIZE NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION:
Winners will be notified via email.

5. PRIZE COLLECTION:
If applicable, the Prize must be claimed in person unless the winner is otherwise advised. ID that includes a photograph will be required. The collection of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Upon request by the Promoter a copy of these Conditions of Entry and/or a signed receipt and acknowledgement must be signed and endorsed by any winner to indicate his/her understanding and acceptance of these terms.
Each prize is non extendable, non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All expenses (unless specified), are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. PUBLICITY:
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the winners' name, suburb of residence, recording of winner's voice and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

7. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES:
Subject to clause 13 and the limits contained in the Privacy Statement, all entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.

8. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY:
The Promoter takes no responsibility for the prizes becoming lost or stolen after it has been collected by and released to the entrant.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained including, but not limited to indirect or consequential (including economic) loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained, either directly or indirectly, as a result of entering this competition or accepting or using any prize.
A winner (or his or her guests/parent/guardian as appropriate) may be required to sign and return any liability release provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of the prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and a selection of another winner.
Photographic id must be shown upon collection of prize.
The Promoter's word is final.

9. DISQUALIFICATION:
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, interrupted communications or unavailable network server or other connections, failed telephone, mid delivery or computer transmissions, or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, defect, delay, theft or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. Subject to any written directions given under the applicable law, if for any reason, the competition is not capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition, then the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for:
a) Tampering with the entry process, including exceeding any limitation on the numbers of entries, or any other process as determined by the Promoter that in any way affects the fairness of the promotion;
b) Tampering with the operation of the competition or web site;
c) Acting in violation of these terms and conditions;
d) Acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or
If an entrant selected as winner is found to be in breach of these conditions of entry, a new winner may be selected and, in the event that the entrant in breach has been awarded a prize, the entrant may be required to return the prize or reimburse the value of the prize to the Promoter.

10. PARTICIPATION:
Participation in the competition constitutes the entrants unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Conditions of Entry and Competition and Entry Details. The Conditions of Entry may change from time to time. Any changes to conditions will be posted on the applicable radio station website.
The Entrant is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with the Conditions of Entry at the time of participation. The Promoters' decision not to enforce a specific restriction does not constitute a waiver of that restriction or of the Conditions of Entry generally.
If this promotion involves an SMS mechanic the cost of sending an SMS text message is the responsibility of the entrant and will vary depending on the mobile network used. The total cost of the SMS entry will not exceed 55 cents including GST.

11. PERSONAL INFORMATION:
The Promoter is collecting the personal information relating to each entry for the purposes of conducting this promotion and/or publishing the winners' details as required by law. If any of the information requested is not provided the entry may be ineligible. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the judges of the competition including and/or any agents, contractors or other service providers (including professional advisers) of the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion or for the purpose of obtaining advice arising from, or related to, the entrants' participation in this promotion. Access to any entrants' personal information may be generally requested by the entrant by writing to the Promoters' Privacy Officer at Ace Radio Broadcasters.
